it's a cold one!

i feel like i'm putting myself out there so much (joining the Ford Institute, getting my human security paper reviewed for publishing, running for Student Cabinet, applying for internships that are seemingly impossible) that i have to keep telling myself to keep it impersonal and stay confident. even if only one of these things goes right, i'll know that it wouldn't have happened if i hadn't put myself out there.

bah. caffeine is great.
