making, making

Last weekend I sent chocolate chip cookies to my dad. This week he received them and emailed me a "Good Job!" haha. Yes! I can still impress him with my cooking abilities. (He always told me I made the best Kool Aid). I also made blueberry, chocolate chip muffins and tonight I tried to make oatmeal cookies. Note, I tried. Still, my friends ate the flat cookies whole heartedly with full glasses of milk. Any suggestions to what I should make next?

My sister gave me this book for Christmas. At first I was terrified of the idea of diving into new crafts since I don't really have the time or money right now, but looking through the pages has inspired me to start new projects with lettering/ stamps/ stenciling.

For example, I want to start writing thank-you note cards. for everything.

I am becoming a domestic goddess.

I spent my afternoon going back to sleep and then sitting in bed, watching a funny show with a funny boy (I think I spend 75% of my time in my bed). This was followed by eating pizza at this funny boy's house with his family (who also make me giggle).

I am now going to bed. again. this time to read.

Speaking of reading, how neat is this:

Do you remember books by their covers?

I say you bake a pie! I love baking pie. :) Chocolate pecan pie is my favorite to make. Probably because it is so unhealthy and because my significant other likes it so much.
